Sunday 06 ^th November : Paris/Jerba

Departure from Paris. Flight to Jerba. Welcoming at airport . Administrative formalities.

Transfer, dinner and night in Jerba Hotel

Monday 07 ^th November

Preparation and checking of machinery in the morning at hotel.

Departure to Tataouine in the afternoon.

1^st testing flight for tuning machines on local in Tataouine (N32°56’0” – E 10°27’0”).

Tuesday 08 ^th November : Tataouine/Ksar-Ghilane

Breakfast in Tataouine, center point of excursions to Ksours and the great south of Tunisia ; traditional market on Mondays and Thursdays. Superb navigation in the morning with a take-off at 3 or 4 kms away from Tataouine (N 32°50’62” – E10°21’08”) to Chenini (N 32°54’20” – E 10°15’60”) moving by deeply undulated mountains to reach Douiret (N 32°51’77” - E 10°17’22”) towards a valley that reminds western films settings where conic hills passes by to the infinite and the village of Guermassa (N 32°59’0” – E 10°15’0”) that dominates the whole area. A lot of silences and mysteries emerges from this place. Depending on weather conditions. Quick lunch and then move to Ksar-Ghilane (N 32°59’29” – E 9°38’32”) following a 4x4 track, towards the most Saharan of oasis, encircled by the Oriental grand Erg sand hills.

Great navigation (70 kms) above the track and pursuit of flights on top of this real paradise in the heart of the desert until dawn. A very unexpected and exhaling place.

Possibility of a general swim in the hot water spring of the oasis.

Wednesday 09 ^th November : Ksar-Ghilane/Matmata

Breakfast and departure and flights (50 kms) to Matmata (N 33°36’77” - E 9°59’86”). Lunch in between.

From Matmata, flight over a unique architecture in the world, the Troglodytes houses then flight to Tamezret (N 33°32’12” – E 9° 51’81”) nice environment of palms and hills, Beni Zelten (N 33°32’87” - E 10°05’72”), Techine (N 33°29’0” - E 10°0’0”) and Toujane (N 33°28’28” - E 10°7’94”) magnificent village built on a mountain side. This splendid Berber village will offer you his lunar landscapes, full of giant holes, that Steven Spielberg used to realize his famous films "Star Wars" and "Riders of the lost ark". Nice honey, don’t miss the oil mill. Around Matmata , villages are preserved, full of charm and of a rare beauty. You’ll fly along mountains crests with extraordinary panoramas and you’ll discover such a harmony within these Bedouin little villages.

Thursday 10 ^th November : Matmata/Douz

Early departure in 4x4 cars to Douz.

Flights starts from Douz stadium (N 33°27’27” – E 9°1’18”) and a very nice navigation at the gates of the Sahara and its marvellous sand hills towards Zaafrane (N 33°26’17” – E 8°55’5”)

Lunch in Douz

Evening flight above Douz desert tracks (N 33°27’27” – E 9°1’18”) meeting point and exchanges between oasis people and nomads. Particular ambient and animation, especially on Thursday, day of the local market. A town known as a starting point to all different Saharan excursions.

Friday 11 ^th November : Douz/Tozeur

Departure and flight from Souk el Had, by 4x4 cars to Tozeur.

Flight for navigation above chott el Jerid towards the star wars scenery (N 33°59’73” - E 7°50’62”) and the discovery of a dreamy panorama.

Dinner and night in Tozeur.

Saturday 12 ^th November : Tozeur/Tozeur

Flights and group demonstrations on Chott-El-Jerid side for the feast of the desert . First flights sessions . Dinner and night in Tozeur.

Sunday 13 ^th November :

Departure in the morning on 4x4 cars to Ong-El-Jemel (N 34°01’01” - E 7°54’74”) for the Star Wars scenery (N 33°59’73” - E 7°50’62”) and the discovery of a dreamy site.

Lunch in Tamerza.

Take-off next to the old village of Chebika (N 34°18’67” - E 7°56’54”) discovering exceptional mountain oasis, and navigation towards Tamerza (N 34°23’0” – E 7°57’0”) fabulous views of the Chott-El-Jerid and Khanga oued gorges (N 34°21’0” – E 7°53’0”) flight above the famous Tamerza fall (N 34°22’59” - E 7°54’77”) landing next to Tamerza lake.

Monday 14 ^th November : Tamerza/Tamerza

Departure and navigation to Metlaoui (N 34°20’0” - E 8°24’0”) across the Chouabine mountains (N 34°21’0” – E 8°8’0”) and En Negueb (N 34°22’0” – E 8°4'0") south of the asphalted road Metlaoui/Redeyef. This navigation contains lots of freshness and charm, you’ll continue your flight to Segdoud (N 34°18,5’0” - E 8°06,45’0”) a place with spectacular panoramas. You’ll fly over the superb Selja gorges following the "Lezard rouge", old wooden train.

Tuesday 15 ^th November : Tamerza/Zaafrane

Take-off from the lake and navigation to Tozeur (N 33°55’14” - E 8°8’0”)

Lunch in Tozeur.

Local flights in Zaafrane (N 33°26’17” - E 8°55’5”)

Arrival to camp, dreamy night under authentic nomad tents with a typical and special entertaining evening.

Wednesday 16 ^th November : Zaafrane/Jerba

Local flight from bivouac . Lunch during transfer. Machinery packing and ending evening.

Night in Jerba .

Thursday 17 ^th November : Jerba/Paris

Breakfast . Transfer to airport and flight to Paris
